Our mission
At Four Square Gaming, the mission is simple: to bring people together through play.
Games can do more than entertain. They can start conversations, bring back memories, encourage participation, and create real moments of connection. Sometimes it’s the game itself, and sometimes it’s simply what happens around the table.
We create welcoming game experiences for seniors, senior communities, and care-centered settings with a focus on connection, engagement, and enjoyment. The goal is to offer something that feels fun, thoughtful, and easy to join — something that helps people feel included and involved.
Built from a love of games
Four Square Gaming grew out of something personal: a love of games and a deep appreciation for the way they bring people together.
Michael brings a unique mix of behavioral science training, leadership experience, and a lifelong connection to games. He served eight years in the U.S. Army as a Behavioral Science Specialist, where he worked in Social Work Services, Psychology Services, and Community Mental Health.
After his military service, he spent 25 years building and leading two successful service companies in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Throughout his life, games have remained a meaningful part of how he connects with others — from time with friends and family to regular game nights with his four grown children.
Four Square Gaming was created to bring that same sense of connection, enjoyment, and purpose into senior communities.

Who we serve
Four Square Gaming is here for seniors and the communities that care for them.
That can include senior centers, independent living and assisted living communities, memory care and residential settings, nursing homes, and even individual clients or small groups.
Every setting is a little different, so we take a flexible approach. We want sessions to feel welcoming, comfortable, and easy to join, while creating opportunities for connection, engagement, and enjoyment.

At Four Square Gaming, it’s about more than just having an activity on the calendar. It’s about creating an experience people can enjoy, feel comfortable joining, and want to come back to.
We want sessions to feel welcoming, engaging, and easy to step into. Some people jump right in. Others take a little more time. Our approach makes room for both.
There is no pressure to perform or keep up. The focus is on participation, connection, and enjoying the moment. Whether that comes through conversation, laughter, teamwork, or a favorite game, the goal is always the same: to help create an atmosphere where people feel included.
That sense of connection is what matters most.
